Proudly working with clients over 20 years, Lenny serves as a true consultant to client relationships built on trust and integrity. He takes pride in his commitment of guiding clients through all market conditions and believes education is an integral part of the financial planning process. Lenny holds a Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health Insurance designations. He has also achieved a Series 24 designation, which allows him to serve as a Designated Principal to the team of advisors of Retirement Planning Partners.

Working with a limited number of clients and surrounding himself with an excellent team, Lenny is able to provide the highest level of client service. At the cornerstone of his client commitment are the in- person, quarterly financial reviews, in which he and clients discuss current market and economic conditions and decide if adjustments are needed to reach the financial objectives set forth.

Being a proud Brother Martin Crusader and LSU Tiger, Lenny then began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he spent ten years providing investment advice to both individuals and business retirement plans. Believing there was a better way to service clients; Lenny decided to leave the wirehouse and created Bertucci & Labiche Private Wealth Management, an independent financial practice supported by the leading independent broker dealer LPL Financial. Over the years, our team has very selectively partnered with other respected advisors to create Retirement Planning Partners, a full service financial planning practice.

Born and raised in southeast Louisiana, Lenny loves the people, culture and everything our beautiful state has to offer. He is a parishioner of St. Catherine’s Parish and lives in Old Metairie with his wife Tara and two children, Charlie and Elizabeth. Lenny is passionate about the outdoors and loves spending time with family and friends catching fish and chasing ducks in the marshes of southeast Louisiana. At 45 years of age, he looks forward to continuing to being the best father and husband possible and continuing to help clients reach financial milestones for many years to come.
